Join

Parties interested in the stability of steel and steel-concrete composite structures are encouraged to join us in our mission. Individuals interested in engaging in the activities of the Structural Stability Research Council should join the Council and its efforts. Members should have a strong interest in the stability of steel or steel-concrete composite structures, and should have at least a Master’s degree in a related area, and/or professional licensure, and/or equivalent degrees or certification.

Dues

Annual dues payment is expected from all Structural Stability Research Council members. Dues are used to continue the activities of the Council and are critical to the success of the Council. The Council provides several levels at which an individual or organization can contribute, including:

  • Euler Society ($2,400+)

  • Johnston Society ($900-2399)

  • Shanley Society ($600-899)

  • Beedle Society ($300-599)

  • Winter Society ($120-299)

  • Member-at-Large MAL ($70)

  • Student Member ($20)

Members will receive an email regarding dues payment. Dues payment is processed through PayPal. Members or organizations requiring an invoice should contact SSRC.

Applying members should fill-out the following online form and attach a PDF or Word document of their CV/resume. Accepted members will be sent a dues request via email. View our Membership Brochure to learn more about membership.

Renewals

 

Existing members should receive an annual invoice from Paypal for their dues renewal. If you do not receive an email, please log into PayPal or contact SSRC.
